This machine has a fast molding cycle of about 105 seconds. It allows quick manufacturing. It can produce up to eight bricks per mold at a rate of 1440 per hour. It has the potential to produce between 11,520 and 23,040 bricks every shift. The QT4-10 operates autonomously, eliminating the need for physical labor.
